We provide high quality and compassionate concierge care to your patients as a critical part of your patient’s multi-disciplinary healthcare team upon discharge, while recovering in the USA, and assist with continual care after returning home.

Upon insurance benefit verification and approval we coordinate and facilitate regular and specialty pharmacy services, infusion services, durable medical equipment, and home health services for your patient almost anywhere in the USA. Our pharmacy network allows your patient to pick-up medication at one of our over 60,000 network pharmacies nationwide. We can arrange prescription delivery to your patient’s bedside prior to discharge or to their home when transportation is unavailable.

Our international concierge service does not end when your patient leaves the country. Prior to leaving the USA and when home, we follow your patient to ensure that the medical treatment received in the USA continues without interruption. We work to ensure that your patient’s medication and supplies are available in their home country prior to returning home, and if not, we coordinate prescription and medical supply service and delivery from a nearby country or, if necessary, from our one of our providers in the USA. We liaise with your patient's overseas medical care givers and their stateside medical team, when necessary, to achieve optimal outcomes.
